1) Almonds - Eating a bunch of almonds early morning everyday continuosly helps on losing weight as they are dense in nutrients. The body feels much fuller after chewing on nuts and craves less food after consumption.

:

- Add sliced almonds in your bowl of cereal or fresh fruits.

- Make salad and add almond peices

- Boil skimmed milk adding raisins, almonds, fruits and a pinch of cinnamon
powder or cardamom powder

2) Garlic - An appetite suppressant, you can add garlic in multigrain pasta or curries.

- Apply plenty of minced garlic and ginger with salt and spice on chicken or

Hello carljisp, thanks for stopping by my hub, regarding how much almond, it should be in small portions like a handful. As it mentions in the first few lines for Almonds, a bunch in hand should be good enough but it should be in your routine everyday....hope this helps!
